Instructions

I     Abstracts are invited from the registered delegates for presenting original research and interesting cases.

II     Please select a subject heading from the following to which your work is most suited.

III    Abstracts have to be sent on the enclosed abstract submission form (also available at www.transcon2008.com ) ALONG with an electronic version in the form of a CD containing the entire abstract in MS word or RTF format

V    Alternatively the abstracts can be submitted online at www.transcon2008.com .However, please ensure that a signed hard copy of the submission reaches the conference secretariat before the deadline.

VI   Please restrict your abstract to a maximum of 300 words  (excluding title and author information)

VII   A structured abstract is preferred (Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion)

VIII  Financial disclosures if any should be clearly made at the end of the abstract

IX   Presenting author must be a registered delegate. Without registration no abstract will be sent for peer review. 

X    DEADLINE for submission of abstract is October 30, 2008 Abstracts received after this date will not be considered for presentation

XI   All the submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed and acceptance/rejection will be communicated latest by November 1, 2008.

XII   Withdrawal: Abstract may be withdrawn latest by November 7, 2008, after which they will be published in the conference proceedings
